Fairy Houses and Fairies
Unique project workshop where you can make some delightful Fairy Houses and lanterns. If you prefer, you can glaze your houses in some gorgeous bright colours which will cheer up any garden or window box.
Ideal family fun or great for a birthday party celebration. You can make some little garden fairies or cheerful little toadstools to add to the theme, just let your imagination flow and get creative!
To make your fairy house, simply book in for any 'general session' (please note sessions after 6pm are for adults only). You will normally need at least two sessions, the first one to make a fairy house then the second to glaze and colour it.
Once you have made your house it will be fired ready for glazing. Glazed houses will then need a second firing.
You can however simply collect your house after the first firing and either leave as it is or paint at home using acrylic paints then add a PVA glue wash to seal and give a satin finish.

POT THROWING TASTER (using a potters wheel, please book online) - every Tues and Wed 4-5pm, 5.15-6.15pm PLUS Mon 7.30-8.30pm. Weekend sessions also available.
POT THROWING EXPERIENCES - Throw at least 6 pots using different weights and two different throwing techniques
POTTERY EXPERIENCE DAYS - Try each of the three different hand-building techniques PLUS a pot throwing taster
GLASS FUSION - Book up for one of our monthly workshops, ideal for beginners or improvers
